   Go back to the time of ancient Rome with a guided tour of the archaeological site of Pompeii, in a small group and in the company of an archaeologist. Explore this UNESCO World Heritage Site with an expert guide, who will take you around the city preserved from the ashes of the eruption of Vesuvius, in 79 after Christ. Start your experience by accessing Pompeii with a priority entrance from Porta Marina Superiore, one of the seven gates of the ancient city. Stroll the main streets and cross the Forum, the heart of the ancient city and the center of public life. From there you can see Vesuvius overlooking the city.

   Herculaneum was a smaller but wealthier town, possessing an extraordinary density of fine houses, that you will able to visit as the deep pyro plastic material which covered it and preserved the beauties of the ancient town very well, along with lots of wooden and other organic-based objects (such us roofs, beds, doors, food and even some skeletons discovered in recent years).
