   Let our guide introduce you to the Byodinamic Agricolture system and its principles. You will visit the cows shed and the goat sheepfold and learn about cheese production. The visit will finish with a delectable tasting of healthy cheeses of their production.

   Castel San Gimignano

   Visit this iconic medieval village, aka the "Medieval Manhattan" for its numerous medieval towers, still intact. Our tour guide will guide you among the narrow streets and let you free time to shop, wandering around and indulge in a delicious gelato made with the fresh milk produced by the farmhouse just visited (gelato not included) at Dondoli, Worldwide gelato championship winner! If you prefer a more off-the-beaten path experience, the village of Certaldo is the right choice for you. You'll find here all the medieval charm you're looking for.

   Gambassi Terme

   We'll now head to Gambassi Terme where the family-run Nencioni olive oil mill is nestled. The Nencioni's will uncover their secrets to produce a high-quality, flavorful olive oil, while guiding you in a visit of the farm and the olive groves. Upon request, a walk among the olive groves can be arranged. At the end of the tour, an informative and enjoyable olive oil tasting will teach you how to taste olive oil and how to pair it to food, delighting you with a light lunch you will remember!
