St. Peter's Basilica Pre-Reserved Ticket & Pope Catacombs

Our ticket was pointless as we could have entered the basilica faster for free and there was also no charge for the catacombs.

All ok

Sevada was a great guide. Fun, well informed and gave a great tour

Sevada, our tourist guide , was extremely excellent she let the group from Mexico, Canada, Germany & USA engage with her questions , she invested a good time with us. Highly recommend Sevada

Prebooked to 13:15. Did enter the church at 14:15. The queue took 45 min. Not my understanding of skipping the queue.

This was supposed to be a guided tour, however there was an issue and the organisation tried to compensate by giving the audioguide instead. After many attempts this was still not working. The organisation was so kind to find a settlement that could compensate me.

We had to collect our tickets from a shop just before our tour. We then had Juan show us up to the entrance and gave us some in depth knowledge about the place. Fantastic customer service and nice to be greeted with such a friendly , happy guy 😊 Thanks Juan. Experience itself was mind blowing. lots of "wow" moments

Martina is an excellent tour guide. She is knowledgeable, willing to answer any question. Very good communication skills 🙂

Sevada did a great job at guiding us through the basilica! We learned a lot.

trip was great! our guide Alishba was awesome and super intresting
