The destination is historic Ariccia, the undisputed home of the famous Porchetta. Upon arrival, the program includes a relaxed stroll through the narrow streets and historic shops, where the very air is filled with the aroma of spices and aromatic meats. The highlight is the authentic tasting, a gastronomic ritual held in a traditional restaurant. You'll savor generous slices of Porchetta PGI: the crispy rind, the juicy meat, and the unmistakable flavor will captivate you. It will be served with classic homemade bread, perhaps accompanied by a glass of local wine. Finally, the return to Rome with drop-off concludes a short but intense journey dedicated to discovering a Lazio specialty.
