Olive Mill Tour with Premium Oil Tasting, Tuscan Food & Wine

The mill tour and olive oil tasting was among the Top 3 highlights of my family's weeklong stay in Florence. Beatrice (our guide) is exceptionally knowledgeable about all things olive and olive oil, and is the perfect ambassador to spread her passion and knowledge of this healthful part of life and cuisine in Italy and throughout the world. The mill is housed in a breathtakingly beautiful structure in the high hills of Fiesole, with jaw-dropping views of the valley and city beyond. The value of this tour is an absolute bargain: you are tended to with great hospitality and care, and the hosts clearly favor smaller groups versus a bustling party. The atmosphere of the experience exudes peace, relaxation, history, charm, and a gentle guide through the diversity of olive oils. As advertised, the entire facility is highly accessible by wheelchair (I pushed my 97-year-old mother in our manual chair, and she was extremely comfortable and happy). Recommended for gourmands and novices, alike!

I booked this olive oil tour last minute for my family and it appeared we were the only ones at this time there, so it felt very private! The place is amazing and we could observe in real time how the olive oil gets bottled, which was very cool! The olive oils and the food were delicious, we even got an ice cream at the end, served with local chocolate and olive oil. Our guide Aly, who greeted us and gave a tour of the mill, was very nice, helpful and competent. We were there with a small child and all our wishes were immediately fulfilled with hospitality and friendliness. Overall, it was a great experience, which I would 100% recommend! 10/10!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Grazie mille! 🫶🏻

Our tour at the mill was more than expected. Great guide. The mill and area was beautiful However our transfer ride never showed up. We were at the location where we were to meet and waited almost an hour. Fortunately our guide from the mill Beatrice picked us up and drive us back after our great memorable tour. My husband and I would highly recommend this tour. We were very disappointed in getyourguide for missing our pickup

I wish I could give this more than 5 stars! What a memorable experience. My 17 yo son & I thoroughly enjoyed learning how much effort goes into making top quality extra virgin olive oil. This is a fascinating state of the art facility built in a breathtakingly beautiful location very close to Florence. The tasting was fun too and we learned a lot! Our guides Samuele and Beatrice treated us like family. They brought us so many wonderful foods to enjoy after the tasting. There was absolutely no pressure to buy anything (but we wanted to because their products are such high quality). Highly recommend this tour!
