Rome for Families: Private Golf Cart Tour of Hidden Gems & Authentic Flavors

Llegaron tarde a recogerme, trajeron una silla para bebé que no funcionaba, por lo cual tuvimos que ir a cambiarla y perdimos tiempo del tour, hicimos solo 2 paradas, no lo que marcaba el itinerario y no nos llevaron a comprar la nieve, el tour duró muy poco y cuando reclamamos por el tiempo el guia se molesto y nos dijo que ya habia terminado el tiempo y que tenia otros tours que hacer, perdimos tiempo porque llegó tarde y porque fuimos a cambiar la silla que no servía.

We had a great tour. We were actually at the mouth of truth when our tour guide called. He was willing to meet us there and even waited while we were in line. We scooted all over town and got the feel for Roma on our first day. We cruised by the Vatican, and the the big landmarks in town. Took fun pics, even stopped for an atm stop. Sent me several suggestions for dinner and gelato and really kid the perfect introduction to Rome for our family! Lots of tidbits and trivia about all of our stops! Great time for adults and kids alike!

Our tour with with Mash was excellent. He was such a knowledgeable, fun and helpful guide. He ensured our trip was tailored exactly to our needs. We saw so many of the sights in a short time and learnt so much - it really maximised our trip. He was also great with my kids. I’d highly recommend a tour with Mash to anyone who wants to have an enjoyable experience in Rome.

Golf cart tour was exactly what we needed after an overnight flight from the US. This was, however, supposed to be customizable. We were taken to 3 places that were on our list and 4 others that we have no idea what they were or why one would go there. Interestingly, The tour guide Fabio was unable to explain the relevance or important information about them. (i.e. a church next to a park with orange trees- pretty view from the park but Fabio couldn’t tell us the name of the church or its significance. We asked questions when he took us inside but he had no answers) The food tasting consisted of meat & cheese samples from a local shop that we had the opportunity to buy. No bathroom availability for the whole excursion. Fabio told us to go to a coffee shop & use the toilette but we were required to buy something to do so. Again, a great thing to do with jet lag and tired bodies, but it wasn’t exactly what we thought we were going to get.
