Siena Cooking Class with Cristiana and Mamma Nora: Fresh Pasta & Tuscan Desserts

This cooking class was AMAZING, if you are ever near this area you will absolutely not regret doing this! Cristiana was a delight and joy to be around, she made the class so fun and engaging and really took the time to explain the Tuscan traditions and recipes to us. The meal we shared outside after cooking was wonderful, the wine, food, and company was amazing! Then after we finished the meal Cristiana took us on a tour of the gardens and showed us her animals. It was one of those days you will remember forever, and we didn't want to leave!

This cooking class was the highlight of my trip to Italy. Cristiana and Nora were fantastic instructors! We had an excellent group of participants and we all enjoyed ourselves immensely! The dishes we made were delicious and enjoying the fruits of our labor in the outdoor kitchen area was the icing on the cake! It’s obvious Cristiana and Nora and Rose are all passionate about sharing their Italian heritage, culture and most of all, their food. So thankful for this wonderful experience.

From the moment we arrived, we knew this cooking class was going to be something special. The setting was absolutely perfect it truly felt like stepping into an authentic Tuscan kitchen, warm, inviting, and full of character. Every detail added to the atmosphere and made the experience feel genuine and unforgettable. Cristianna, Nonna, and the entire team were incredibly hospitable and entertaining throughout. They welcomed us like family, shared their knowledge with such passion, and made the whole experience both fun and meaningful. Their warmth and energy made us feel completely at home. And then, of course, the food simply incredible. Without a doubt, it was the best food we’ve had on the entire trip. Every dish was rich in flavor and made with love, and it truly showcased the beauty of Tuscan cuisine. This cooking class was the highlight of our Tuscany trip, an experience we’ll never forget. Te amo Cristianna and Nonna.

What an amazing experience! Cristiana, Auntie Zia and momma Nora were incredibly gracious hosts. Leaned so much about pasta making, the importance of using organic food and no food waste: We made pasta, bruschetta and tiramisu. By far the absolute best food and experience we had in Italy. The farm and house were just lovely. If you like dogs and cats, you can also get your fix if missing your pets at home. Thank you so much for such a memorable experience!

We have just returned from a 6 week trip around Europe, and I can happily say that this was the highlight of our trip! Cristiana and Mamma Nora were such amazing hosts, every detail was thought of, the food was delicious, and we were lucky to have had such a great group of people! I wish I could do it again and again! I will be dreaming of the Pici Cacio e Pepe forever xx

Spending the day with Cristiana and her wonderful family in their stunning home (and gardens) was the highlight of our 2 week trip to Tuscany. She could not have been more welcoming and fun. Mama Nora is a gem, a proper Italian Nonna with a heart of gold but you could tell she was the boss! Would absolutely return for another day of delicious food, vino and fun. Grazie Mille!!
