Perfect 👌🏻, easy to find and no confusion if we need to get the kids tickets or not.

We had a really great experience! It was very easy to find the person in charge of the tickets. We also loved using the audio guide to learn about the artworks; all we had to do was scan a QR code and listen straight from our own phones. Congratulations to the whole team!

very hard to get to. very confusing way to get tickets, long lines, very poor organization of lines.

A visit to Academia Gallery is a must. Priority entry made the experience smoother and much nicer than the adjacent queues. The experience was just handing over a pass and off you go. But that’s ok.
