Important Note: The traghetto gondola service will be closed from 9 March to 20 March due to construction works. During this period, the traghetto crossing will not be available.

Giovanna (sorry if I spelt wrong!) was a great host, patiently leading us around the backstreets, giving some history and taking us to some amazing places to try local food and drink - everything I tried was fantastic. I very much recommend this tour to anyone visiting Venice, it really gave us confidence to visit others Bacaros and taste more cicchetti and the local spritz. We met two lovely American couples on the same tour, I wish I remembered to get those photos you took - would have been great to keep a picture of our group!
