This was not a guided tour. We showed up and the person working thought I was crazy. He said the only way to get an English tour is to call direct. There wasn't even an Italian tour we could tag along on because it was a holiday. We were allowed a self guided tour. The place is cool and we're glad we went but Get Your Guide screwed us!!! I had quite using Ger Your Guide a few years ago because I'd had a bad experience using them in Mexico City. Regretting giving them a second chance. In fact I had signed up for an additional tour in Bagheria that afternoon through Get your Guide. Once I received confirmation I bought my train ticket to Bagheria planning to make it a day. A little while latter I received notice that tour was canceled since it didn't actually exist anymore. Just a bad experience provided by Get Your Guide.
