Syracuse: Open Tour Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Experience

Our driver was wonderful. The travel was perfect. The only disappointment is some of the speakers were broken to listen to translations. Otherwise, the value was great for the money.

Therw was no interaction between driver and passengers. Recorded commentary was monotonous, lacked character and enthusiasm, really disappointing for such a fantastic vibrant and historical place.

We were the only passengers on board so enjoyed our private tour! Our driver happily stopped for me to take photos. Once completed circular tour we continued back to Ortigia to visit Cathedral. Driver then picked us up an hour later and dropped us off to walk back to Carpark.

There is no info to help you know when a bus will arrive. We waited about an hour for the 1st bus. Once it arrived, the driver told us the schedule for that bus that day. Luckily, we had a flexible timetable

Not the comfiest bus & commentary wasn’t great either
