From Sorrento: Ischia Aphrodite Apollon Thermal Park & Sant'Angelo Village

The ferry from sorrento to ischia was fine no issues the taxi was waiting for us when we got off the ferry to take us to the water taxi again no issues and good but then we decided we would have breakfast before getting onto the water taxi as they sent me a message the day before saying that the taxis were every 5 minutes while having breakfast I got a telephone call from the tour asking if we were left behind and I could not understand what he was saying I asked him to slow down as I am partly deaf he didn’t so ended the call the water taxi dropped us at the beach and told us to walk up a hill to the thermal park not ideal but we navigated it eventually and the thermal park was perfect also the pick up was good

I have been to Sorrento three times but never been to Ischia, so I was looking forward to this tour the most and it didn’t disappoint. What a beautiful island! We had the opportunity to look around the small town and then go to the thermal park, we did this the other way around but of course we had forgotten about the siesta and shops closing in the afternoon! However there was a lovely bar open with sea views playing very cool Italian music, we sat there in the shade sipping cocktails it was fabulous. The Thermal Park was great, and the snack bar with the most gorgeous view serves the most amazing reasonably priced bruschetta! I would highly recommend this tour.
