Please be aware that we are not a bike-learning school. We reserve the right to deny any participant taking part or continuing the bike tour if we feel the participant is unable to operate the bike safely. No refunds are offered.
For children aged under 14 years, please contact us in advance with ages and heights, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Arselora and Virginia guided us in a group of about 12 through the Florentine outskirts, ensuring we were safe throughout the trip. Arselora checked with the group as to their interests prior to departure, and made the trip smooth and pleasant. One of our bikes had a technical issue and Arselora and Virginia immediately addressed it. A true pleasure in Florence on a Sunday afternoon!

Alessandro was a great guide. Very informative on history, olive oil, and Chianti wine. He was extremely personable. E-bikes were easy to ride and the scenery was amazing. One suggestion would be to have the guide stop ahead of the group in the countryside and video/photo a bit of the ride to share with the group.

The guide was extremely good. We were delayed due to traffic and they waited for us. Olive oil farm was not what expected, as was more of a restaurant. However the tour guide made up for it
