We had a fantastic time with Natalya, she was extremely knowledgeable and managed to keep our teenagers (12 and 15 years old) interested throughout the whole 2 hours visit. If we had more time in Venice I would have tried to book another visit with her as it was clear she knew so much and was keen to share and make us appreciate Venice history.
