Immerse yourself in Mediterranean tradition with a unique olive harvesting experience in Matera. Participate in hand-picking olives at a Slow Food farm, tour a local mill to uncover extra virgin olive oil secrets, and savor a traditional brunch amidst the groves.

Welcome to the farm and introduction to the day’s activities

Before you go

Good to know

the activity lasts about 5/6 hours lunch will be served on our veranda, after the harvest we move by car to the mill, you can come with your car, the experience ends after milling and taste the new oil, so you can come back at your hotel directly from the mill, the mill it’s far from the farm just 4 km ( 15 minutes )
