Non mi è stato concesso l'ingresso. Sul biglietto digitale e sulla ricevuta era chiaro che avevo prenotato per il 25 ottobre. Ma il pdf diceva 6 ottobre. Sto cercando di ottenere una risposta e un rimborso da Headout e mi sembra che mi stiano ignorando. Non sono contento.

There was no added value for using this ap. All it was was a surcharge for buying a ticket. Do not recommend it to others

Il museo era bello, ma non c'era nessuno ad accoglierci e il personale del museo non sapeva nulla di un tour. La mia conferma indicava chiaramente che avremmo incontrato qualcuno, ma nessuno si è presentato.

The museum was fabulous. We had difficulty finding the bar code to gain entrance. The security person let us in anyway. But it could have been an issue.

We did not not have a guide. We were pleased to see the art. Guide not needed.
