It was all very simple, and they completely met our expectations.

Everyone was not only so informative, they were extremely accommodating. We arrived late due to illness and the one gave it a second thought. In fact, edible of the place to be visited during our time in Italy the staff offered a lot of insights and tips to make the most of our experience. Highly recommend!

Fulfilled a long held dream today to visit Milan and stand on the roof terrace of the duemo. Our pre-booked tickets saved a lot of time and we had a great experience.

Very poor service with audio guide not working plus denied entry at the venue. Was a refused entry and was refused a refund by the team. I will never use again.

The Milan Cathedral is absolutely breathtaking! The architecture, both inside and out, is a true masterpiece. The admission fee was totally worth it. Tip: Be sure to buy tickets online in advance—it saves a lot of time waiting in line. The highlight was walking up to the roof—the view over Milan is unforgettable!

The app and guided tour was great - a bit irritated though that the app said we'd need to bring our own head phones which wasn't true as the duomo gave out headsets

The cathedral, with its rooftop terraces, is a magnificent experience.

The cathedral is breathtaking. Being able to walk around the terrace and admire the architecture up close—all the intricate details and the view of Milan—and then attend Mass, almost as if it were a private event, was absolutely incredible.

A must-see classic if you're visiting Milan—be sure to take the tour up to the terraces, where you can see the whole city from above. Wear comfortable shoes because the stairs are quite challenging, and be sure to stay hydrated.

It supposed to be a guided tour, the audio guide implied I needed to carry audio support with me which was not shared.
