Florence Hop-on Hop-off Bus Tour: Explore with Freedom and Convenience

The friendly staff That you can hop on the bus and get a lot of information, ... Everything was good!

The tour was perfectly organized. The only issue was that the bus wasn't running that day, but we got our money back quickly and without any hassle. Headout handled everything perfectly.

The route was comprehensive, however the bus was most of the times full with no capacity while the 50% of the rear seats were blocked (not sure the reason since they looked perfectly Ok). Audio wasn't working on all the seats.

My tickets were for the hop on hop off bus. Half of the seats in the upper level were drenched with what appeared to be water dripping from the air conditioner. I don't know if we should have had any narrations of what we were driving by, but they were or none.

There weren't enough buses, so you had to wait too long for one to stop. The other line had already stopped running at 3:00 p.m. I'm used to better service in other cities.

Fiesole with the hop-on bus is a must—you can't get there on foot, but you don't want to miss "the roof of Florence"! Que belissima!!

The tour was boring; the route was too far from the sights

A nice tour of the city's sights. What I didn't like was how infrequently the Red Line runs. An hour is too long. It's impossible to do it in a single day, which means you have to buy a 2-day pass.
