I booked 4 fixed date tickets for The Genoa Aquarium. Before I left I asked headout customer service if I had to respect an entrance time, I was told no as with my tickets I could go directly to the entrance without going through the ticket office. Upon my arrival at the aquarium at 10:30 a.m., the head staff told us that with these tickets, entry was possible from 6 p.m. onward. Unacceptable and almost a scam. Very disappointed
