Opera Arias Concert & Pizza Dinner in Florence: Unforgettable Renaissance Evening

We came to the restaurant early and decided to not eat yet and walked over to the venue for the Opera. We accidentally walked into a youth hostel and they said it was next door. We looked next door and it looked like a run down building. The event was in a neighborhood across the river that my wife did not feel safe walking around in especially at 11PM when the Opera would have ended. We decided not to attend the dinner or Opera and lose $171.00 rather than put our safety at risk in a sketchy neighborhood.

I want my money back.The restaurant manager was extremely unfriendly; he refused to allow me to sit inside, even though there were mosquitoes and it was very, very warm. He also refused to let me get in to use the bathroom. No other person was there. I booked this because i wanted to share the experience with others. In addition, a pizza costs 12-14 Euros; the opera was 35, so I was charged a lot for food that was very poor. The pizza served was soggy and wet,
