Good to know

The tower is not accessible to wheelchair users.
Children under 8 cannot access the tower for safety reasons.
Please note that the headsets are available only if the group is bigger than 6 people.
Your guide will share all insights before the Tower climb, leading to a more enriching ascend with deeper appreciation for its structural quirks.
While inside the Cathedral, it is required to cover both the shoulders and knees.

Ticket delivery

Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly. Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the meeting point. Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the scheduled time of your visit to avoid any delays. Meeting Point Meet your guide at the Fontana dei Putti (White Marble Fountain) near the Leaning Tower. Address: Piazza Arcivescovado, 3, 56126 Pisa PI, Italy. Your guide will be holding a sign saying "Pisa Explorer". Get Directions to the Meeting Point Getting There By Bus The closest bus stop is Contessa Matilde. It is a quick 3-minute walk to the meeting point. Board buses E3, Linea 21 or Navetta E to get you there.
