St. Mark's Basilica Entry Tickets with Skip-the-Line Access

Our guide host, Anna, was incredible! She was with us inside for explanations for the first 30 minutes and new so much about the Basilica and history! This was a great surprise as we expected only audio. She had ear clips to hear easily and was easy to follow! Highly recommend! The Basilica is gorgeous and rich with history - everyone including kids age 10-12 enjoyed!

Quite simply, when it says the tour is in French, we have every right to expect a French-speaking guide—or at the very least, an audio guide in French. Being given a QR code, being forced to use our phones to download an app, and draining our battery just to get a semblance of a guided tour is not at all what we expected.... I’m really disappointed.

Great. At the appointed time, we were in St. Mark’s Square; the staff from the agency divided us into groups based on our guide, handed out the headphones, and gave us our admission tickets. Our guide, Cinthia, was especially great. We entered the Basilica through the line for guided groups—it was faster—and Cinthia explained a lot of things to us both before we went in and once we were inside. 100% recommended.

I didn't receive any confirmation from you that my order had been processed before 6:30 a.m. on the day of the tour, which was scheduled for 10:30 a.m. That's not normal, and there was no indication of this on the link. I thought it was a scam and requested a refund through PayPal. I’m counting on your understanding and agreement to issue the refund, since our trip is over.

Skip the line is a must for the basilica, especially in the hot sun. It was a quick and effortless entry, and our guide was lovely and informative. She took us around in about 30 minutes, explaining the history which I didn't know much about so it was very interesting. The only thing was that we paid for an audioguide, and then didn't use it because our guide was so good, which was slightly frustrating when we downloaded an app and everything unnecessarily.

My audio guide wasn’t working. When I told the tour guide about it, she said—in a very unfriendly tone—that she’d asked over the audio guide if everyone could hear her, and I hadn’t responded. Well, of course I didn’t hear the question if she asked it over the audio guide—because it wasn’t working?!?!?! She then replied that I could have read her lips. After that, I didn’t feel like arguing anymore. Besides, the tour started 10 minutes late and lasted a maximum of 20 minutes, not half an hour.
