There was no guide, I payed 99€ and I didn't get anything!! Nor even after contacting them. It is pure scam!! Do not buy any ticket there!!!

Ivan was an excellent guide. He is well- versed in art and history. He is witty and great company. I highly recommend Ivan.

The tour exceeded all my expectations. The guide was very professional. I travel a lot and often go on excursions, but this time it was an incredible immersion into the world of Florence. A very high level of professionalism.

Palatine Gallery is amazing. Unforunately, even we were a small group, our guide was rushing us around quite quickly, thus we were not able to admire the beautiful gallery. Pitti Palace and Boboli Garden are also very beautiful and anyone can visit at their own pace.

Our guide was fabulous! She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and enthusiastic!! You could see she loved taking about what was on the tour! The Pizzi Palace did not disappoint!

Ticketing took almost an hour. The whole tour ended late and negatively impacted the rest of our plans. Our guide was fantastic.
