Skip-the-Line Entry Tickets to the Baths of Caracalla

Audio guide unavailable, I would like a refund for this service which no longer exists. Thank you

We were sold two audio guides for €4.50 each, but when we arrived at the official ticket office to enter the Baths of Caracalla site, we were told that no audio guide exists for that site. We are therefore expecting a refund. Thank you

We went after work with limited time. We walked right in to show our ticket and then explored the Roman baths. We learned a lot and the ruins area is stunningly beautiful.

Stunning.. seeing the complex was incredible.

The atmosphere was magical. The entire grounds—it was very impressive to see how people lived there. And the Frank Horvst exhibition was the icing on the cake.

Not as crowded as the other Roman attractions with a good audio guide.

The online ticket price was more expensive than in the ticket office on site. I feel a bit cheated.

The baths of carracalla are amazing. A must visit! It was good to know that we could go in at any time on the day.

I apparently did not understand instructions for entry? I went to ticket window with the confirmation email and booking ID and was told that would not get me entrance. Looking further into email, there was an app needing to be downloaded. I didn't have any internet access at that point so never was able to enter.

The place is incredible! We loved our visit. I highly recommend it
