San Siro Stadium & Museum Guided Tour: Uncover Milan's Football History

The path wasn't marked, the staff weren't helpful, and people were wandering around, not knowing where to go. There was no tour guide, and you couldn’t even take a photo in the stands because everything was cordoned off with tape. People with disabilities were wandering around with our group, and no one helped them at all. The stadium was awful. It needs renovation. I’ve visited many stadiums around the world, but I’ve never had such a terrible tour or service anywhere else.

The only information in the ticket/app was s Google Maps link. At that location was nothing, but a man from the museum staff sent us to the information at the corner below the digital screen. The woman there told us to go inside the ticket office, at the ticket office we where told to go to gate 4, there another person told us to go back to the ticket office to get headphones since the ticket we showed stated "ticket with audio guide". Back at the ticket office we where told that the audio guide with Headout was ment to be used only with our own mobile device. That was not a problem at all, the problem for us was being sent back and forth in 37⁰C heat, and with little clear information in the Headout app of what to do.

The right gate where the thing started was really hard to find cause the whole Arena side was construction side. There were no signs to help where to go. Did not see guide not once and no one did intruduce themselves as that. Did not know where to go and every place was taped closed. So I followed other people where to go. Could not get to the field cause there was some Cup players practicing. The San Siro museum had fewer special stuff than I expected. Expected more shirts. The champions league trophy was beauty. This whole thing was massive dissapointment to a big football fan and loss of money.
