The tour itself was interesting and we got to see surprising features of the palace. The guide was absolutely great. Good information and especially good stories told in a way that fits a secret tour

The guide was amazing- so knowledgeable and relatable, - she had the most interesting facts and in depth knowledge of different parts of the building and paintings and engaged all of the different people with us from young to old. She is an asset to your team!

Terrible experience! No guide showed up to meet us at meeting point! Waited in cold rain over 1/2 hour!!!

Extremely interesting and fascinating route. Our guide was very good, knowledgeable and personable. It was my second time participating in this trail and I learned new interesting information. I highly recommend it!

To fully understand and see the Palazzo's studiolo, this tour is a must: you get lots of interesting historical information, and you have time to look around and understand how the studiolo works. The tour was very lively, friendly and understandable for experienced non-English speakers.

Too much time spent in the main room. Guide was pleasant, spoke well. But spent too much time answering individual questions before, moving on
