Palazzo Vecchio Secret Passages: Guided Tour with Skip-the-Line Entry

Hello I have booked 2 tours with you. Both tours the meeting points were not well indicated at all. Many in our 2 visits were also confused. Points of meeting were not where indicated and identifying guides (wearing a green top or having a green umbrella) were not there.

We enjoyed "discovering" all those "secret" rooms. Our guide was very knowledgeable and took time to explain many details about the tour. It was a nice experience.

The tour of the passageways was well-explained but very one-sided. We only visited three of the many passageways—three minor ones. For the 85 euros the ticket cost, it was a lousy experience. The guide was friendly.

Booked this tour for my 20 something children and they loved it. Guide was excellent and group was small. There was a family with younger kids And they loved it too. Recommend!

Very nice tour . Can apply history with the visual aspect of what it was at that time. Better than going by yourself. Worth the money in my opinion

A very good and interesting guided tour through the secret passages of the Palazzo Vecchio. Julia did a great job explaining the historical background to us.

The tour itself was interesting and we got to see surprising features of the palace. The guide was absolutely great. Good information and especially good stories told in a way that fits a secret tour

It was really worth it. The guide was really nice, and you get to see some unique spots.
