The lady who accompanied us on the tour was excellent and thorough.

Starting at 09:00 was a great choice,the gallery was not busy and we enjoyed our visit more.The guide was grrat also.

Museum itself – super interesting, but felt a bit rushed during the tour. Maybe because there were lots of people? I wanted more time at the big paintings. Guide was knowledgeable tho, and the Brera district was a nice surprise. Next time I’ll go solo, so I can wander at my own pace.

We joined the morning group, and it was honestly the highlight of our Milan trip. Our guide, Lucia, was so passionate – she even made my boyfriend (who usually doesn’t care about museums) ask questions! LOVED the stories behind the art. If you can, go early – less crowded and you can actually hear everything.

Brera is a nice area to walk around, and the gallery has a solid collection. Didn’t know you needed to book ahead sometimes, so we had to wait ~30 mins in the cold. Worth it, tho. Couldn’t take pics in some rooms, which was a bummer. Staff at the entrance were friendly and pointed us to the best route.

Came here solo on a rainy Thursday. Ended up joining a small English tour (only 5 of us, so felt personal). The guide, Marco, was a walking encyclopedia but not boring AT ALL. Loved learning about the legends behind some of the art. The Brera district is so photogenic too – bring your camera!

I’m not usually into paintings, but my friend dragged me here. Turned out to be a cool experience! The guide explained things without making it feel like a history class. Some parts were a bit crowded, but we just waited a bit and it calmed down. There are some benches if you need a break. Overall, glad I went.

Visited with my parents during Xmas trip. The Pinacoteca has so many hidden gems! The staff was super helpful, even gave us tips for other museums. Our guide Silvia was a STAR. Only thing: some of the rooms were chilly, so bring a scarf if you go in winter. Highly recommend for families.

Art was beautiful but too many people in the main halls. Hard to see the big paintings without someone in the way. Guide did their best to keep us together. Wish there were more signs in English. The neighborhood is cute, at least.

Went with my boyfriend – both of us new to Milan. Loved the quirky art stories and the area around the museum (so many small bars!). Tour was a bit long, I got hungry halfway, but worth it for the Caravaggio. Don’t skip the little bookshop inside!

We booked last minute and were lucky to get a spot. Our guide, Pietro, was amazing – super energetic and answered all our weird questions. Didn’t know much about Italian art before, but now I’m a fan. Also, there’s a cool courtyard you can chill in after the tour.

Brought my teenage daughter. She rolled her eyes at first but by the end was snapping pics of EVERYTHING (no flash, tho, they’re strict). The guide made it interesting for both of us. Museum shop is a bit pricey but has unique stuff. Would go again.
