Uffizi Gallery Guided Tour with Priority Access & Full-Day Ticket

Marie is wonderful with adults and with our children as well. She’s particularly clear and a pleasure to listen to, and she shared a wealth of information with us in a very engaging way. I highly recommend her, especially since we’ve had the opportunity to tour with various guides, and she’s by far the clearest in her presentation. Thank you for this wonderful afternoon at the Uffizi Gallery.

The tour was not had. The tour guide said they called me to try to reach my mother because they "couldn't find her", which was untrue. No call was made or received and I had to call them about 20 minutes after the start because my mother was still waiting at the meeting point. She arrived 15 minutes before the start. Additionally, this is absolutely not ran by locals. Support locals.

Luigia was a passionate guide; she spent nearly twice as much time with us as originally planned for the museum tour. Before entering the gallery, she explained the history of the “happy alliance” between the Duchy of Florence and the Spanish Empire, helping us better appreciate all the splendor surrounding us. Luigia answered all of our many questions—she was extremely knowledgeable and approachable—and provided us with useful tips for exploring the museum on our own afterward, as well as for other must-see artistic sites in the city. Her presence was invaluable in making our visit one we’ll remember fondly. The cost seemed high, but it turned out to be a true investment for me and my two children in search of Beauty.

The tour, led by Viktoria, was an experience. We learned a great deal of interesting information about the most important masterpieces. We genuinely looked forward to each new painting, which was brought to life for us, and suddenly saw it in a whole new light. The guide introduced us to the paintings with such enthusiasm that we were completely captivated by her interpretations. Fantastic and highly recommended!

Gaetano was absolutely wonderful!!!! He brought the art of the Uffizi to life for us with a simple yet thorough explanation. Being able to understand the artist’s language is truly priceless. My daughter was thrilled, and even though she asked several questions, Gaetano answered them all. Thank you, Gaetano, for this wonderful experience!!!!

Manuela was the star of my party's trip to Florence. She was very personable and engaging without being familiar. She was soon characterised as a very professional and scholarly Art historian, deeply versed in the Renaissance and its painters. Her explanation of how (and why) the Renaissance artists broke with the Church traditions of the earlier periods was masterly and worthy of a full TV program, along with her detailed and intricate analysis of Giotto, Leonardo, Michelangelo and finally Raphael's painting. I thoroughly recommend her as a guide who loved the art she described, leaving us all feeling much more knowledgeable and wise.
