Exploring all of Venice with a 7-day Vaporetto pass is very pleasant and convenient. The boats run regularly and on time.

Traveling by vaporetto is ideal. Not only do you get superb views, but you can also admire the diverse architecture of the palazzos.

I buy an online ticket and have to exchange it at the venue. The online ticket costs five euros more than the ticket at the venue, but I still have to wait in line just the same. That's absolutely outrageous and totally complicated. Once and never again!!!!

It was easy to redeem the ticket at the machine using the PIN provided during the online booking process. The instructions were also displayed in German. The ticket machines are located at the Venice train station, right by the water at the ferry terminal. There was no wait either; it was relatively empty in late August.

At First 10 Euro more than the Automat . Than I Bus online Tickets and I have to Print it on the Automat . Thats Not the reason why I buy online Tickets . Thats so stupid .

The water buses were always on time, and the staff both on land and on the boat were very helpful—plus, we saved a lot of money. I recommend this service. The vaporetto is a great experience—it offers good connections and is easy to use.

The employees on the boat slammed the door shut on the passengers in a rude and crude manner. There was no staff at the boarding stations to control the number of people allowed to board. This shows a lack of respect for the passengers.

Punctual, efficient, courteous. The online service works well, too. Sometimes it's a little hard to figure out which pier is for the ferry.

It wasn't exactly easy to order the ticket online. It worked on my second try. Once I found the right ticket machine, it was easy to get the ticket because I could select German as the language.
