What's included

My experience combines cuisine, tradition, and hospitality in a very special location. You will be welcomed in an elegant villa with a splendid panoramic view of Rome, immersed in tranquility and far from the chaos of the city. In a family atmosphere, we will prepare authentic Italian pizza together, baked in a real wood-fired oven, learning techniques, doughs, and little secrets handed down from the Neapolitan tradition. We will also make some traditional dishes of Neapolitan and Roman cuisine using fresh, quality ingredients. During the experience, I will share curiosities, stories, and traditions related to the dishes prepared, so that you can enjoy not only a cooking lesson, but a real journey into Italian culture. We will conclude by tasting everything we have cooked together, accompanied by good wine and typical Neapolitan conviviality, in an elegant, relaxed, and authentic setting that will make you feel right at home.
