Rome: Colosseum Arena Floor & San Clemente Underground Visit

la visite était avec un audioguide donc faite a notre rythme mais attention a l utilisation de l application a télécharger avant de préférence car aucune explication ne nous a ete donnée et nous n avons vu qu a la fin que l audioguide fonctionnait aussi pour le forum et le Palatin...juste des onglets différents a ouvrir...dommage que ce be soit pas montré au départ

its great to see but it yet again it relies in audio guides and u downloading it all ..bear in mind the forum and hill are completely open so we had to miss out as it was 40 degrees and far too hot . dont buy water from street vendors apparently they collect empty bottles and fill with tap water and freeze so of u do buy no more than 1 euro and do not drink !

Do not use this company to book this 'tour' i had to book this through get your guide as the colleseum website tickets had sold out weeks in advance. Get your guide as a whole are amazing & I would carry on using it to book activities. but this group I would never use again. We met the guide, he gave us our tickets. I chose the time on GYG for 3pm, so we arrived a little early as stated. the tour guide hands me the paper work, advises you to download an app thats 'the tour guide' & points to the queue, which isn't skip the line at all its the same entrance as everyone else, & there told we cant GO IN until 4pm! We couldnt do the Roman Forum before that as it would take longer than an hour to go round so we were stuck for an hour as we had already walked around, had lunch & got ready for the tour. The guide then found us & said its extra for the underground visit so do you want to pay now, i refused & he walked off. GYG have rectified this terrible experience and Im greatful for this.

We bought the ticket at 4:45 p.m., and we were informed in advance to enter at 3:45. After arriving at the designated location, we couldn't find the tour guide at all. After contacting, we were sent a ticket of 18 euros to let ourselves in and pick up the interpreter by ourselves. As a result, there was no interpreter after entering, so we were asked to scan the official explanation QR code. Big and two small, spent 10 times the price on this platform and enjoyed nothing. Everyone, avoid the lightning.

Teddy was an amazing guide. Fun, informative and friendly. Our tour was pushed from 3pm to 4:30pm and so, when it was finished, we were unable to visit the forum/hill in our own time. We were given the tickets as they were valid the following day but we already had a full day plan out of the city and so we are missing out on that part that we paid for.

If you want to see the coliseum then go buy tickets o your own IF YOU WANT TO COMPLETELY EXPERIENCE,UNDERSTAND AND COMPREHEND THE COLISEUM AND WHST YOU SRE LOOKING AT, WITH AMAZING KNOWLEDGE , INFORMATION AND THE BEST PLACES FOR PICTURES, BOOK THE TOUR!!!! Teddy was our guide. I can not express how amazing of a guide be was. every time I thought he was done impressing me, he did it 10 more times. absolutely AMAZING tour guide. also, PLEASE spend the time and small amount of money and go to the Basilica of San Clemente. you will NOTA BE DISAPPOINTED. 100 BC church A underground with amazing back story (which Teddy explained with so much knowledge.

mikor foglaltam 9:15 találkozási időpont volt. aztán abból lett 10:00. azt mondták, hogy 2,5 óra a program, és hogy együtt megyünk a colloseumhoz át. Ebből semmi nem valósult meg. A találkozási pontnál azt mondta a guide hogy menjünk egyedül nézelődjünk, majd 2,5 óra múlva találkozzunk majd a Colosseum előtt. persze nem találtuk neg őket a tömegben. szóval én senkinek sen ajánlom őket. semmi sem ugy volt mint ahogy meghírdették.

Was given a very brief description of what to do on arrival .. could not remember everything that was said .. went to the first museum and wouldn’t let us in.. this took an hour to find with no help.. went back to where guide was based and a different guide was there and sent us to a different point . Terrible communication would rather have not paid this and done ourselves and paid on the gate Very disappointing
