Learn to fly above the water on electric surfboards with LIFT FOILS eFoils in a personalized one-hour session in Sorrento. Expert instructors adjust to your level, whether you're a beginner or a pro, while you glide past the stunning Bagni Regina Giovanna. After your ride, enjoy sunset aperitifs on the beach club's shore, with photos and videos of your adventure included.

What's included

Out eFoil experience lasts approximately 80 minutes.
Start with a quick 20 minutes beachside chat. Our instructors spill eFoil secrets, gearing you up for the experience.
Jump straight into a 1hr eFoil session. Our instructors adjust to your level, whether you’re a beginner or a pro.
We’ll capture your eFoil moments and we’ll share pictures and video with you.
Equipment included in the price: impact vest, helmet, wetsuit, eFoils.
Access to the beach club is included in the price for the duration of the experience.
If you want to spend a day in our beach club, the sunbed or chair are not included in the experience price.

Before you go

Good to know

Your lesson will take you from prone - to standing - to flying over the ocean. This hydrofoil is powered by an electric motor, so you won’t be working hard at all. Our instructors work one-on-one with you on land and on the water to get you flying in your first session.
Efoils are self-propelled all-electric hydrofoil boards. You may not be familiar with the term “hydrofoil”, but you probably have seen them. A hydrofoil is literally a wing that is attached to the bottom side of a surfboard (or boat) to create lift underwater. This allows the rider to lift the board above the surface of the water to achieve a flying action which is very exhilarating. An efoil combines the board with the hydrofoil and adds an electric propeller to generate enough thrust to achieve flight.
