Florence: Mozzarella Making Workshop with Wine Tasting

Wonderful host and amazing food

This class was so wonderful! The teacher, Jess, was so kind and patient as I learned how to braid my mozzarella. I would recommend this to anyone!

We loved this experience with Jess; she was knowledgeable and helpful, working to make sure we all learned the techniques. We wish we had done this sooner in our trip because you leave with all the mozzarella you make and a burrata! The meal at the end was also delicious. Grazie mille!

We had a wonderful time learning how to make mozzarella! We learned so much about the process and our instructor was very patient and kind with my two kids (12 and 9). They really enjoyed making shapes and braids with the mozzarella and the final product was delicious.

Fabulous! Jess speaks very good English and I had a great time learning how to make classic mozzarella knots and braids! The lunch they served once we were done was also absolutely delightful and they even sent us home with the cheese we made in class. =D

It was very interesting. The lector was very fine and helpful. We didn't expected that we would take mozzarella home in such a big amount :-D but it is ok. We can recommend to all people who would like to learn new things.

Jess was a fabulous teacher! Excellent instruction, great fun and explanation of the ingredients and steps to make Italian cheese. Everyone should do this course if visiting Italy!
