I would just buy tickets there not worth the money the audio did not work

alors , comment vous dire !! payer 18€ pour au final se rendre compte que l'entrée est à 10€ directement à la basilique et aux souterrains , ça fait mal !! surtout qu'en plus , pour les moins de 26 ans c'est 5€ . de plus , pas de guide pour nous accompagner, bref .... une prestation lamentable. à faire seul en parfaite autonomie.

Awful communication with the company. audio guide would not download. customer service appalling and they hung up on me when trying to resolve problem. would not recommend.

Horrible. Payed 45 dollars for an activity that cost 10 dollars and the kids were free. Received the tickets and a 4 min audio guide. Don’t waste your money!

Pessima esperienza. Non trovato nessuno/a al punto d’incontro. Abbiamo effettuato la visita, ringraziando sentitamente la persona alla cassa che ci ha permesso di entrare, in solitaria e senza guida. Non consigliabile assolutamente

die Begleitung war nicht da. daß die Basilika restauriert werden muss verstehe ich. der Underground den ich allein gegangen bin, hat mir aber sehr gut gefallen. DAS kann ich nur empfehlen

The basilica and the underground are very interesting, but you can better buy tickets at the entrance. It’s a lot cheaper.

Bought tickets for 12:30. Show up at 12:15. They are actually closed from 12:30 until 2 so we only had 15 minutes

die Kirche selber ist sehr interessant, aber den Aufpreis beim Anbieter im Vergleich zu den regulären Karten vor Ort (oder online) kann man sich sparen. der "Audioguide" besteht nur aus einem 4 Minuten langen (KI generierten) Audio File

für den Besucher tastbare Einsicht in aktive Ausgrabungen einer Stätte, an der die Spirualität und Geistlichkeit der antiken und späteren Zeiten ihre Praxis nahm. auch die eindeutige Einsicht, wie sich die Ebenen der Stadt über die Zeit hinweg veränderten. Einfachheit in Auftreten der Stätte, aber großes Reichtum an Bedeutung.

Good experience. Recieved a call the day before to ensure we got the tickets and audio files. Arrived, used the tickets for entry. Audio guide was sent in 3 parts. part 1 and 2 were perfect, but part 3 was a repeat of part 1.
