We loved Eva and Giulia. They were extremely professional and helpful. The baths were fabulous. The information that was given was excellent. It was such a delightful change of pace from the hustle and bustle of Rome. The dinner that Gisella cooked was delicious. I would give this day trip a 10. Well done ladies.

Book it! This was the perfect way to spend our last day in Italy. It was a beautiful and relaxing day with delicious food. A completely unexpected 5 course lunch that rivals the best restaurants all in a personal and inviting farmhouse atmosphere. The personalized attention and stimulating conversation with the hosts and their mother was a welcome difference to cookie cutter excursions. This was truly a 5 star experience.

We could not have chosen a more perfect way to spend the day! Giulia picked us up from our apartment and took us to see a historic colosseum on our way to the thermal bath. The termi was such a treat. We soaked in the warm mineral water and enjoyed the sauna for 3 hours. The locker rooms were very clean and updated. We rented robes, slippers and towels, which made things super convenient. After the springs we drove through a beautiful forest and enjoyed the scenery. The best part of the day was the time we spent with our three hostesses. They are super friendly and very knowledgeable about wellness, history and architecture. We were treated to an organic feast at the farm, which started with wine and a huge array of appetizers by the cozy fire. This was followed by a delicious multi course meal prepared by Eva’s mother. I’ve been on many excursions but none better than this. Do yourself a favor and make time in your schedule for this experience. You won’t regret it!
