Palermo: Small-Group Sicilian Cooking Class with Ravioli and Cannoli

If I could have given more stars I would have! From the moment we walked in, it felt like we were invited into Chiara’s home. She was extremely friendly and made sure we were comfortable and involved in every step of the cooking process. The raviolis and homemade tomato sauce were so much fun to make and tasted amazing since they were made with the freshest ingredients. The cannolis were so far superior to any we’ve ever tasted before. If you are in Palermo, this is a MUST DO!!!

This was the BEST experience we could have asked for! Chiara made us feel so welcome, and like we were part of her family. The location is clean, and welcoming. The activity was fun, and the pasta and canollo were both the best we have ever had! Great extra additions like prosecco throughout the class, and having professional photos taken and sent to us the next day, as well as the recipes for what we made and a few other Italian dishes! Cannot recommend this class more! The highlight of our trip to Sicily!!

Super expérience à Palerme 🇮🇹 ! Le cours de cuisine en petit comité était vraiment top : ambiance conviviale, groupe à taille humaine et une super immersion dans la cuisine sicilienne. On a appris plein de choses, cuisiné de bons petits plats et surtout passé un excellent moment avec l’équipe. L’activité est très bien organisée, les explications sont claires et l’atmosphère vraiment chaleureuse. On repart avec le ventre bien rempli, de nouvelles recettes et de très bons souvenirs 😍 Je recommande à 100 % si vous cherchez une activité authentique et conviviale à faire à Palerme !

Une expérience formidable avec Chiara, je ne pouvais pas espérer mieux d’un cours de cuisine! L’atmosphère est réconfortante, on découvre les meilleurs produits frais de la Sicile et Chiara partage avec nous son histoire, l’histoire des recettes et ses secrets de cuisine. Si j’avais eu plus de temps à Palerme j’aurais repris un cours sans hésiter!!! Je ne regrette vraiment pas mon choix et je ne peux que vous recommander chaleureusement ce cours. Un immense merci à Chiara pour sa générosité.

This was the BEST experience we could have booked in Palermo!!!! If we could, we would give it even 6 stars. Chiara is extremely kind, welcoming, knowledgable, and a great cook. The recipes are well prepared and she explains everything perfectly and with great stories about Sicily. You also get the recipes afterwards so you can make it at home! And Chiara gives a lot of tips and information. If you are in doubt between different cooking schools, choose this one, you won’t regret it. Because of the small group it felt very personal and nice. The wine was flowing during the whole experience and the food was delicious.

Perfect activity - great cooking class, our teaching cook, Chiara, was super nice, everything was well prepared, she explained well and let us try and practice. Also perfect was the small group - it was a very family-like atmosphere. We had nice conversations and cooked delicious pasta and cannoli. Great experience - we definitely recommand it!

Une merveilleuse experience ! Mon mari et moi avons passé un super moment avec Chiara à confectionner des ravioli et cannoli. Nous avons découvert des recettes, des façons de les préparer et surtout avons eu le droit à un vrai moment de dégustation. The best part of our trip!If you are planning this trip, this cooking class is something you simply cannot miss. For us, it was the absolute highlight of our entire vacation! Everything was perfectly organized, the atmosphere was wonderful, and the food was incredibly delicious. We learned authentic recipes and tips, and tricks that we will definitely use back home.
