We loved the ATV tour! Highly recommend as a way to see the area and beauty of mount Etna in a fun way. Lots of off and on road routes, old WW2 tunnels, rivers and villages to explore. Our only negatives were that it was meant to be 4.5 hours long, ended up being 6 hours long due to a cycling race road closure. Unsure if this could've been foreseen by the organisers beforehand? An additional 1.5 hours takes a toll on the body. There also wasn't any planned rest breaks (no use of toilets, drinks, food etc) for at least the first 4 hours which we found quite uncomfortable.

This was amazing. The best ATV trip I have done hands down… We covered every type of terrain imaginable up to Etna, dirt, mud, rocky hills, deep puddles and dark tunnels…..and on the way down went through rocky stream trails….. awesome! I could have spent the 4 plus hours just doing this….. however, the rest of trip was great. Our knowledgeable guides took us into a Forrest area and we hiked a little bit to a cave made by flowing lava. It’s insane…. Just the thought you are standing on a floor made from lava! When we got to Etna, we had a break. Cafe/bar/pastries. Not the fault of the company organising the trip, if you want to ride the ATV by yourself, either book direct or make separate bookings per ATV. I thought that I had booked 2 ATVs or would have had the option when we got there as my party of 2, but no. I had to pay an extra €150 to have one on my own. The guide advised us we should have booked for 4 people with GYG to get 2 ATVs…. Either way, this made my trip to Sicily!

The best experience, highly recommend! I had so much fun on this ATV tour! The views were incredible, saw olive trees, vineyards, cute towns, and Mt Etna. The guides were helpful and did a great job managing the varying experience levels driving ATVs. If you are looking for an actual off road (but safe and fun) experience while in Italy this is the one!

execellent guidence from samuel some of the terrain is very rough upto the cave definatly an experince i will not forget my wife was clinging on for dear life at one point 🤣🤣🤣 4 hours of riding does take it out of you so be warned we was completly shattered by the time we got back to the hotel cannot thank all the people enough that made it such a great afternoon

There were neither headlights nor horn in our ATV (we drove through several tunnels), also burned my leg with the heat coming from the motor, 10/10 authentic Sicilian experience, would do it again.

I misunderstood that booking for a 2 participant group was not 2 people on 2 quads but 2 people sharing 1 quad. This worked out well in the end because my wife said she would have struggled to do it by herself all day. The steering on our quad was particularly stiff and shes only small so had to wrestle it around corners. It also meant one of us was on hand to get some filming done as we went along. The off road sections were fun and shook us about all over the place. We visited a lava tube, rode through the woods and rivers and visited a shop near the top of Etna where we got a coffee, arancini and some souvenirs. The lava fields were something new that I'd never seen before. All in all, a great experience for the money.

Wir hatten die kleine Tour von 1 Stunde gebucht, da wir einen Fünfjähriges Kind und ein achtjähriges Kind dabei hatten, um auch das Quad fahren kennen zu lernen. Der Guide war super und hat uns durch einen guten Weg geführt und das Erlebnis war richtig toll und wir werden das auf jeden Fall beim nächsten Jahr wieder machen wollen.

Esperienza fantastica! Abbiamo fatto il tour di 4 ore. In alcuni tratti è un po’ impegnativo, ma molto molto adrenalinico! Tutto lo staff è stato super disponibile e gentile. Un ringraziamento speciale alla nostra guida Giuseppe, ragazzo simpaticissimo, disponibile e molto preparato. The quad ride was very fun with kind and professional guides. The first day it suddenly started pouring (which ofc is not their fault). The guides were helpful getting us dried up and rescheduling. Both days we were there the guides have been super kind and positive. During the ride we stopped at a cave and a cafe. Our guide explained the process of how the cave was made. The cafe was also cosy with simple food/drinks and souvenirs. The souvenirs are made out of rocks from Etna, so they are heavy. We also chose the trip with a driver to pick us up and drive us home from our accommodation. We got the best driver, Salvatore. He communicated well beforehand on what time he was coming. The rides were also very enjoyable because of him. Overall I would definitely recommend this tour.
