Baia Snorkeling Experience Among Sunken Roman Ruins

I missed my bus so i unfortunately had to take a taxi. The location opened right at 8am so prior it was tricky to locate it so I waited in the marina and had a coffee at a location that was open. We had very choppy weather and water but because a storm was scheduled to arrive the next day. The water was warmer than outside so that was a plus. I recommend if you do the morning tour definitely get a wet suit. Our guide was great and once the water cleared some of the views were amazing. Would definitely do again in calmer water. I did the 2 sites snorkeling and highly highly recommend it if you have the time

The whole crew from front desk to the guides were all extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to make the experience a wonderful one. The quality of the gear we used was top notch, and our safety briefing and explanation of what we were going to see, how we were going to go about it, and the history and current situation of the location was brilliant. Getting on and off the dinghy was easy and our skipper was very friendly and helpful in giving me a hard on. The whole double snorkelling tour was amazing - in fact, nuch more than I expected. Our guide was on point in showing us extra features, and also various marine life we encountered. The water was quite choppy but visibility was incredible, and safety was always high on the agenda. We had a lovely hot shower afterwards, and the facilities were very clean. I highly recommend this experience to be on anyone's to-do list when in Naples! It's very easy to reach by public transport, so there are no excuses

Absolutely amazing experience – one of the highlights of my trip! This was my first time snorkeling, and I booked the double session, which I’m really glad I did. Everything was very well organized from the beginning, the instructions were clear, and everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. Snorkeling above the Roman ruins in Baia is such a special experience. Seeing the ancient ruins underwater together with the fish swimming around them was incredible. Since the groups are small, you have enough time to get comfortable in the water and really enjoy everything without feeling rushed. Our guide was fantastic – very attentive, patient and helpful throughout the whole experience. If someone missed something, he was even happy to go back and show it again. We were a group of five snorkelers and three divers with two instructors, and everything felt very safe, personal and well organized. de activiteit was geweldig en de gids was vriendelijk, spontaan en had een gezonde dosis humor. de ruïnes waren geweldig om te zien en het was een behoorlijke beleving om ernaar te kijken terwijl je tussen de vissen zwemt! het enige jammerlijke was dat de boot vrij laat aankwam. dit werdt wel goed gemaakt doordat ons iets re drinken werdt aangeboden. een ander klein dectaii was dat we samen net een groep duikers het water ingangen en dat de duikers ons wegduwen en vaak pressies in het zicht zaten. ze waren best bezittelijk over het uitzicht.
