Explore Mount Etna, Europe's highest active volcano, on a unique tour from Catania. Admire breathtaking views of the Ionian coast and visit the extinct craters of Monti Silvestri. Enjoy a tasting of local honey in Zafferana Etnea.

What's included

The tour includes travel by open-top bus. In the event of adverse weather conditions, the service will be provided with a closed bus.
During the journey, the bus will make stops for views and photos along the road that leads to Mount Etna and in the village of Nicolosi, a picturesque hamlet on the slopes of the volcano.
The main destination is the Monti Silvestri clearing (approximately 1,900 meters above sea level), where the bus will stop to allow you to visit the extinct craters and admire the breathtaking panorama of the Ionian Coast.
From this point, Jeeps, quads, and the cable car also depart to continue towards the summit of the volcano (optional activities not included in the price).
On the return journey, there will be a stop in Zafferana Etnea, with a free honey tasting. Honey and souvenirs will be available for purchase in the same shop.
The tour will end at the same pick-up point.
