Leonardo Express + Vatican Museums Combo: Train Transfer and Art in One

The experience was misleading; they say they sell tickets, but they are actually vouchers. The information on the website is not clear and is very non-transparent, which disrupted my visits. Having to go looking for the meeting point and the people to get your ticket is not convenient. Ticket prices are also highly inflated; I paid double the actual value. It also happened with the ticket to the Vittoriano Monument, where the time I bought the ticket for turned out to be the collection time, not the entry time. Customer support did not work, and the staff didn't know how to answer!! In short, it was all a huge deception.

The meeting point is located across the road, slightly above the museum entrance. Inside, the staff give stickers with the entry time written on them to those whose slot is approaching, and then you wait. In the waiting area, you join the queue from the right side, but it moves very quickly. You pass through the first security check in 3-4 minutes. The guide takes you through all checkpoints without waiting, right to the museum entrance, and lets you inside. After that, it's up to you. It's a huge museum; I probably missed some parts of it. I put way Roma Termini to AirPort but when i was scrolling back it was change and i have got ticket to wrong way. I call support but after all questions that made that i loose my trein they told me that it was wrong of me and they couldn't help me. They know from begining that it was wrong direction. I bought another ticket st AirPort and in very very surprise that you are not conscioud of customers satistsction

It was disappointing. I had the impression that I could collect my ticket early but was told to come back 30min before entry. When i came back i was told to wait till the very last minute before escorted to the venue. I could hardly hear the agent instructions as she was giving it on the side of a busy main road. No audioguide. It was chaotic. amateurish and rather pricey.
