Great/Safe driving and on time. At first I was a bit sceptical, cause it is rougly 70' to Piazzale Roma. However, the trip back and forth was very comfortable.

No problems, on time, would definitely do it again without any issues.

Very easy to find the counter at the airport exit, very courteous and professional reception staff, very easy to find and get to the bus despite having a suitcase, very comfortable bus, nothing to complain about.

Very good, except that no sign distinguishes the ATVO bus stop from the others, which can lead to confusion and the risk of getting the wrong station and bus!

Easy booking process. The customer service at the airport were very helpful same as the drivers since the bus stop is not right next to the airport.
