We waited on average 40/45 min for buses to arrive every time we wanted to go on a bus.

Far too crowded, no visibility! Therefore rather no more...

I really liked meeting the giraffes and that there is a place to eat, I liked that everything is well preserved and that the animals are well cared for.

Hello The buses stand too long at some stops, which is tiring and annoying in this heat - you lose time unnecessarily

The organization and the change from digital to analogue tickets went without a hitch👍 In Rome, it just takes a very long time to get on the bus and the waiting times at some stops are also immensely long!😵‍💫
