Everything worked very well! All the Qr codes were scanned without any problems and we were able to start the tour. No queuing! However, it is advisable to plan a few days in advance for the tours you want to do, as unfortunately everything is booked up spontaneously. Including the metro was ideal and worked really well. We were very satisfied!

Hello, I planned, reserved and payed for my ticket late on Tuesday 21st of May. The availability calendar then opened possibilities from 27 th onwards. I chose a date on the 28th of May 7:00 pm and reread the dates three times, because I was aware of your- no changes- policy. Only when I got your question about my experience I found out that somthing had changed the booked date to last week--. I did not have access to that whole week in the calendar (20-26.5) , how can the booking change to the 21st? The receptionist in the Terme found my booking for the 28th of May as pending but couldn't change that. Who can correct this?

The CityPas really comes highly recommended. It really added value for us that the public transport was included in the trip for 3 days. This allowed us to navigate within the city easily and quickly instead of always having to buy separate tickets. Especially at busy stations, it saves a lot of time not having to buy a separate ticket (or 10-ride card) each time. The Duomo was of course the topper but we did have some trouble scheduling this, of the 3 days of our pass we could only book time slots for this on 1 day and as it turned out, that was because Saturday/Sunday afternoon it was closed due to a conference. This was not communicated through the app. TIP; you don't have to stick to the time slot of your choice at the attractions, they just scan the QR when you made your reservation in the app. Gave me more of a vacation feeling and it saves a lot of hassle not having to constantly watch the time!

I got a duomo ticket at time slot 17.30-18.00 to start at the stairs. Last time slot because of my congress meeting. The man at the control site told me I could get into the duomo after the rooftop view. It was very busy on the roof so it took a while. I arrived in the cathedral at 18.12 and was told it was closed at 18.10. It should have helped me when on the ticket, or somewhere, this timeschedule was described. The day after, the duomo was closed because of an event so I haven't visited the cathedral.
