We got our tickets electronically and we just had to go to the ticket office at Doria Pamphilj at our assigned time. The tickets included an audio guide so we already brought wired earbuds and the museum was one of the very best in Rome.

Headout's organization was truly exemplary and straightforward; the Altar of the Fatherland is a must-see monument, and the elevator lets you see Rome from above in a way you wouldn't otherwise be able to. Excellent rating.

Unjustified surcharge. I didn't have to wait in any line, and there was no way to skip the line anywhere.

Easy access, no crowd, very beautiful

The access control system for the elevator and the queue management system need to be improved. The signs were faded from the sun and looked neglected. I wasn't particularly satisfied. Too bad—I was really impressed the first time I went a couple of years ago!

The view from the terrace of the Altar of the Fatherland was spectacular. The tour inside Palazzo Venezia was also particularly interesting, complete with descriptions of the rooms.

A fantastic view of Rome. Especially the view of the Colosseum and St. Peter's Basilica. Everything worked perfectly.
