Unfortunately, I didn't receive the booked tickets. I did get my money back, but I was never informed that I wouldn't be getting tickets and only found out after asking myself. Then I was offered new tickets for a different time. I accepted the offer, and then, without any comment, received a cancellation email along with my refund... at least the money was refunded.

We didn't see the guide. But the visit was perfect; they let us in right at the scheduled time. They are 2 monuments well worth visiting. Thank you.

The process went smoothly. We were even able to get in a bit earlier than our time slot.

Overall, we were very pleased with our experience with Headout. The visits to the Pantheon and Castel Sant'Angelo were fascinating. The big plus was the skip-the-line access, which saved us a very long wait. Despite a mistake when choosing our tickets, a very kind and understanding staff member at the Pantheon let us pay the difference on-site and enter without waiting in line. A huge thanks to him! The only minor drawback: the audio guide, which could definitely be simpler and more intuitive to use.

I've been visiting the Pantheon every year for 15 years, and I'd always done it either on my own or with a guide, but this time I used your audio guide and "Lucia" explained things to us that tour guides never told us.

With the tickets we received online, we were able to enter Castel Sant'Angelo without any wait at all. There was a short wait at the Pantheon because, like many others, we arrived shortly before our time slot. But entry at the Pantheon was also pretty quick once our entry window opened. No ticket exchange was necessary, you received the actual admission tickets directly.

Last-minute cancellation for the Colosseum, and the audio guide wasn't available during the Castel Sant'Angelo visit. When booking for the Borghese Gallery, we thought we had reserved our time slot, but once there it wasn't possible! And it was already fully booked! Your prices for the Colosseum, Forum, and Palatine Hill are exorbitant compared to the on-site rates (+€100!!), so I do not recommend.

The tour and audio were great you got a detailed explanation of the temple. The only hitch was that there was no one there to help you with how to navigate check in.
