Very well organized, with immediate access to St. Peter's Basilica. The audio guide worked very well and was informative—not too much, not too little information. St. Peter's Basilica is overwhelming. However, it's not a peaceful place during the holiday season ;-) It was still worth it.

The meeting point and priority entry assistance were perfect. The audio guide was only available in English and had to be downloaded via a different app—not exactly convenient. At the meeting point, the very kind staff suggested another option for an audio guide in Italian, and it worked out perfectly.

However nobody was waiting for us at the meeting point, after a phone call there was no.problem to enter san pietro without queuing
