From Bari: Matera Bus Excursion with Guide and Free Time

los asientos del bus muy estrechos. chofer efectivo y amable. muy mala organizacion al abordaje. no organizan una fila con orden.

The self-guided tour was confusing. The printed handout didn't match the audio tour stops or sequence and didn't include a usable map. Our internet service wasn't good enough for seamless use. We still had a good time just exploring on our own. The transportation was very good.

We were waiting for over 45 minutes for the guide to show up Then we rushed thru and there was minimal time at the end The guide was knowledgeable but his lateness took Away valuable time to see Matera

A good, simple transfer option to Matera (guided tour optional) with friendly staff. The audio guide was simply an explanation of a few main places so I didn’t use it. Only glitch really was the wrong destination being shown on the bus bay at departure.

Our guide was 45 minutes late to begin our tour (Pasquale). Therefore the time in Matera was shortened. Very aggravating. Can I get some credit for this tour?

Good, a bit rush and tiring to walk to the pick up point by the bus.

It was basically a bus trip with no information or recommendation of where to start, where to go and what to see from a guide. And not sure why the drop off point/ meeting point isn’t closer?

Unfortunately, the tour was cancelled just one day before it was scheduled because they didn’t have a guide available. As a result, I had to switch to a different tour. I’m still waiting for the refund they promised me, since the alternative tour I took was cheaper than the original one.
