Each excursion has its own level of difficulty, depending on the route, terrain, and weather conditions. The season also plays a big role in figuring out what gear and clothes to bring. You can still define the following basic equipment: Trekking (or trail) shoes; Backpack with a capacity of about 30-40 liters.Water supply of at least 1 liter; Waterproof jacket, poncho, or other rain gear; Waste bag; Valid ID; Health card; Charged cell phone; Headlamp or small flashlight.
