From Milan: Stresa, Alps & Lake Maggiore Full-Day Tour with Private Boat Cruise

We took this tour mainly because it offered a cable car with a view of the Alps at the top. While the lake and islands were beautiful, we were told that there wouldn't be an opportunity to ride the cable car. It was operating. We spent 55 minutes at Stresa with nothing to do but walk around and shop. That would have been almost time to ride to the top and see the Alps. We could see a couple of peaks from where we were. Don't offer what you're not going to deliver. Our guide was good. The bus ride was really long. It was an OK tour.

Contratamos un tour de 10 horas y fueron menos de 8. Contratamos una visita a Stresa y no la hicimos. Se supone que por motivos climatológicos. Al hacer mal tiempo deberían tener alternativas o cancelar el tour devolviendo el importe de la excursión. Prácticamente nada de lo publicitado se cumplió. Manifestamos nuestro malestar a la guía pero no mostró ningún interés en remediar nada. Dejamos constancia por escrito en el formulario que nos entregaron. Espero tener noticias de los responsables.
