  we arrived at Victor Emmanuel monument, but we simply could not find a ticket office. we went to the panoramic elevator and they said we had a voucher and not a ticket. I tried to get a ticket but got locked out of the monument altogether. it was just a disaster. this is the second time I've tried to use get your guide on and it is been a complete disaster. I will never use this site again. please stay away from this site. it is not just a waste of money it is a complete frustration and it is a complete and horrible waste of time.

  Nowhere on the site did it mention not suitable for people with mobility issues. If you have a pushchair, wheelchair or mobility issues - DON'T GO. The app directed me to the wrong entrance point and my husband could not visit due to the above. The staff member at the entrance mentioned 249 steps. I didn't count them but he could have been right. All in all, I am extremely disappointed with the whole experience and am currently waiting a refund.
